Meet Megs Crawford
Hi, I’m Megs. I am an ADHD coach and professional organizer who helps women who feel like they are going in circles, trying the same things, and hoping for a different result.

For most of my life, chaos felt like the only speed I knew. I said yes to everything and carried everyone’s expectations. I spoke to myself in ways I would never speak to another soul. I overcommitted, overcompensated, and ran on empty. I tried to prove that I was enough while secretly believing I was always too much.

My home reflected that inner storm. I had doom piles tucked into corners I ignored, and I could never find things when I needed them. The overwhelm I felt inside my home was so intense that it often stopped me in my tracks.

Then I received my ADHD diagnosis, and everything shifted. Holy smokes. I realized there were other people whose brains worked like mine. For the first time, I understood that I had been trying to operate in a world that was not built for me.

That moment opened a door.
I finally questioned everything, including the job that was draining me. I let go of what was not aligned. I gave myself permission to create something new. And I began decluttering my home, my habits, and my beliefs. One drawer. One decision. One truth at a time.

As I created a home that supported my energy rather than draining it, I started to rebuild trust with myself. That trust became the foundation for the work I now do with women who are tired of trying harder and still feeling stuck.

What I believe
• You were never broken. You need an approach that fits your brain.
• Organization is not about perfection. It is about peace.
• Your home should help you breathe instead of blame yourself.
• Small wins create self-trust. Self-trust creates everything else.
