I've spent years coaching ADHD brains — and living in one myself. What I've learned is that the patterns making your life harder aren't random. They make complete sense once you understand what's underneath them.

We don't start from scratch. Nobody does.
You already have a foundation. Patterns, habits, things that have worked even a little. Before we dive in, we start with an onboarding session so you know exactly how we work together, how I'll show up for you, and where to find everything. No guessing, no figuring it out alone.
Then we choose a starting point.
Physical clutter, finances, or digital clutter.
Not because that's all we'll cover, but because if everything is important, nothing is. And if nothing is important, it's impossible to know where to begin.
From there, twelve sessions of guided learning that meets you where you are. Between sessions you have access to me, a personalized voice note after every session, and a growing Momentum Map.
A visual record of your tools, your patterns, and how far you've actually come.
The Organizing An ADHD Brain community is there too, with designated times to show up and do the work together. Because ADHD brains regulate better together.
